Shipping and Returns
Delivery Methods
Orders are delivered exclusively within Romania, Hungary, and Bulgaria through Sameday courier services. You can choose home delivery or pick-up points such as Easybox (Sameday).
Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 1-3 business days from order confirmation. In case of further delays, you will be notified before completing the order.
Local Pickup
Local pickup of orders from our headquarters or other locations is not available.
Delivery Costs
The delivery cost is automatically calculated based on the delivery address and package weight and will be clearly displayed before completing the order. We offer free delivery for orders exceeding 50 RON.
Delivery Restrictions
Delivery to rural or hard-to-reach areas may require additional time or costs. This information will be communicated during the checkout process.
Order Tracking
After shipping the order, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
Damaged Package
If the package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
Undelivered Package
If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or the recipient's absence, the order will be returned. We will attempt a re-shipment after confirming the correct details.
Environmental Responsibility
To reduce environmental impact, we use eco-friendly packaging.
Returns
The buyer has the right to return products within 14 calendar days from receipt, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Returned products must be in the same condition as they were delivered, without signs of excessive use. Return costs will be borne by the buyer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. In certain situations, Neoshop may offer free returns at its discretion.
