What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online card payments or cash on delivery.
Can I place an order by phone?
At the moment, orders can only be placed online, but we’re happy to help you with any questions via email.
I received a discount coupon. How can I use it?
The code can be entered in the shopping cart, in the “Coupon code” field. The value will be automatically deducted from the total.

What is the delivery time?
Orders are usually delivered within 1–2 working days via Sameday express courier. You can track the shipment using the link received by email.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free.
🔁 Returns & Warranty
Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
Yes. You have the legal (and common-sense 😊) right to return any product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Please contact us by email and we’ll send a courier at no cost to you.
The product arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry about that! Please write to us as soon as possible, ideally with a photo. We’ll replace the product or issue a full refund.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all products are covered by the legal warranty.

Where are Neoflam products made?
Neoflam cookware is generally manufactured in South Korea, while cutting boards and food containers are produced in a Neoflam-owned factory in China, always following the strictest quality control procedures. Please check each product's details to see the exact country of manufacture.
Are Neoflam products safe for food use?
Absolutely. They are tested according to international regulations, are BPA- and PFOA-free, and use high-quality materials.
Can I use this cookware on induction stovetops?
Most Neoflam cookware is compatible, but please check each product’s description for details.
